The place of arbitration shall be San Luis Obispo County, California. The decisions of the arbitration tribunal shall be final and binding upon the Parties. Discovery shall be allowed in the arbitration, but the arbitrator may not award punitive damages and may not amend or modify the terms of this Agreement. Any award rendered by the arbitrator will be final and binding and judgment may be entered therein in any court of competent jurisdiction.
